Take a look at some of our wonderful Fur Friends.

Please be sure to sign our Guestbook and send us pictures and tales of your four legged friends, too!!

I would like to formally introduce the 2 newest addition to our menagerie. Their names are Simon and Jack.  (Simon is the skinny one and Jack is the one that isn't!)  They came to us through Dachsie rescue.  They are already quite happy here and are on their way to being well spoiled!

Goliath is a Neapolitin Mastiff whose father weighed 220 pounds. He is only 4 months old and already 45 pounds. He's going through puppy training now. Neige is a lynx hybrid. She is one day older than Goliath. She likes to "torment" Goliath when he is crated.

Dusty "adopted" us about a month ago - Never having had a cat, I tried to find a good home for him, but he ended up back with me. Look at that face, how could I resist! His "sisters" Sassy and Abbey are still very curious about this little fur ball frenzy, but as long as they don't think he's a snack - all is well.

Loved By: Christine Wall - Fruitland, MD

This is Farley (named after comedian Chris Farley). He was adopted for a friend who decided that he would be working too long hours to be a good dog dad right now, but I just couldn't give him up. He is a Great Dane/Lab mix. He lives with his brother, Australian Shepherd mix, Tucker and "cousins" Heidi the German Shepherd and Floyd the Bassett Hound. He likes to visit his "girlfriend", Sassy - who is just a tad too tall for him now but he knows he'll grow!

Here are my babies, Izzy and my newest, Maggie. I have had Izzy since she was a pup and have recently adopted Maggie.

Loved By: Lindsay and Jason Lang - Atlantic, VA

All of our babies are rescues. We have Anna and Gabby the Great Danes, Oscar (being held by our son Ian), Ralph and Sam. Sometimes I feel like we're running a shelter!

Loved By: The Snyders - Ocean Pines, Maryland

Here is the newest member of my herd. He is a 19 hand, 6 year old percheron gelding named Fred. He is well trained as he came from the Heinz Ketchup Company promotional hitch. He was used for parades and other events. He is not quite broken to ride so I will be spending lots of time teaching him leg commands and to have a rider on him. He'll be teaching me to get over my fear of heights! He is 76 inches tall at his shoulders and probably weighs about 2300 pounds! Think Clydesdales and Budweiser done in black!

Loved By: Debby Rahl - Baltimore, MD (and President of Mid-Atlantic Great Dane Rescue League)

Molly, an Australian shepherd was adopted through a rescue 7 years ago. She hasn't slowed down a bit!

Loved By: The Jackson Family -Pocomoke City, MD

This is Lola who is 7 weeks old. She is an Angel! Lola is a Labradoodle.

Loved By: Monica Shah

This is the newest addition to our family. Hershey is our 5 week old Chocolate Lab. She joins sisters Chelsea Mae (Black Lab age 9), Brandy and Dakota (German Shepherds aged 4 and almost 2).
